How we enjoyed cooking this Tomahawk Milanese, joined with french fries and farm eggs on our BBQ26SS. We used all the functionalities of this amazing grill, and enjoyed a beautiful lunch with our loved ones.
First we split open the Tomahawk, so that it looks like a heart with the bone in the middle. Then we mixed some fresh eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic, as a mixture to soak our tomahawks. Then we added bread crumbs on the soaked tomahawks to bread them.
On the side, we cut some potatoes, and soaked them on the pre-heated oil, heating on our grill.
We cooked the tomahawk milanese on the pre-heated griddle, and joined it with some eggs.
We used the roof grill to keep our milanese heated and rested while the trimmings were being cooked
