OVERLANDING Monache Meadows. What an off-roaders dream! Inclines, declines, boulders, ruts, narrow trails and the best water crossings. Disperse camping everywhere you look. Great fishing for the Legendary Golden trout and the weather is great! If you like hiking there’s hundreds of trails for you too hike. I have found this to be one of, if not my favorite place to Overland. High clearance vehicles are a must and preferably four-wheel-drive. But for that reason alone, it will keep all the yahoos out and let us true aventures in.  Just remember to leave it better then you found it and enjoy all that it has to offer!
