Hidden event (it wasn't even shown on the map as you could see from the beginning of the video) you could get at the beginning of chapter 7 just after you went to meet the professor at the shrine and came back to the school.
You will be rewarded with Hell Crusher regardless of choices, though the wrathful choice was pretty interesting as it kind of foreshadowed the event in the wrathful route.
Apparently I heard that you could get different scenes for other characters as well as different items, though I don't know the exact trigger but it is likely based on character affinity in some fashion.
