Hello Folks Im back with another one! #Relapse

In this one folks i talk about relapsing and how despite however often you and i may have relapsed, its certainly not the end of the road. There are things we can do to ensure we do at very minimum not make things worse.
I also touch on my experience relapsing and how i got through it.
If you have relapsed in any addiction recovery, i recommend you watch this whole way through because it can seem very much like whats the point right now but believe me it does not mean you will never stop.
