I am not trying to influence anyone's future plans to travel to China or solo-travel, but this is a very REALISTIC 24-hour vlog of me travelling to Shanghai from Tokyo... and how I got scammed the moment I landed in China...

I think taxi scams happen all around the world (not just China) and I definitely should have been more prepared but I found out AFTER my China visit that the government takes taxi scams very seriously - so if you ever find yourself in a similar situation please make sure to contact the local police! They will defend you.

Even with this experience, Shanghai turned out to be one of the most amazing cities I've ever visited. I can't wait to share the next vlog xxx
