Note:
"불만 있어? (Bul-man iss-eo?)" means "Do you have a problem?" or "Is there any problem?".
But if you break it up, it can also mean "Do you only have fire?" or "Is there only fire?" because '불 (bul)' means 'fire' and '만 (man)' means 'only'. That's why Yonghoon said "There's water, too" after that. :D
