අද මට හිතුණා කොත්තු හදන්න.රෑ කොත්තුවක් කන්න ආසා හිතිලා ඉතිං මම ගෙදරදිම හැදුවා.

🔹භාජනයක් ලිපේ තියලා ඒකට තෙල් ටිකක් දාලා රත් වීගෙන එද්දිම පොඩියට කපා ගත්ත ඉඟුරු,සුදු ළූණු ටිකක් දාගන්නවා.
🔹ඊළඟට බී ළූණු,රම්පෙ,කරපිංචා,අමු මිරිස් දාලා හොඳට කලවම් කරගන්නවා.
🔹චිකන් කෑලි ටිකකුත් පොඩියට කඩලා දාගන්නවා.(දවල් උයපු චිකන් තිබුණු නිසා මම ඒකෙන් කෑලි දෙකක් අරන් පොඩියට කඩලා දාගත්තා🙈)
🔹ඒකටම කපා ගත්ත කැරට් කෑලි ටිකත් දාලා කලවම් කරනවා.
🔹 කැරට් ටික කලවම් කරන ගමන් බිත්තර දෙකක් කඩලා දාගන්නවා (බිත්තර වෙනම භාජනයකට මම කඩලා දාගත්ත.නරක් වෙලාද දන්නෙ නැති නිසා)
🔹 බිත්තර එක්ක හොඳට කලවම් කරන ගමන් රස අනුව ලුණු කුඩු,ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු,කෑලි මිරිස් දාගෙන හොඳට කලවම් කරනවා.කැමති නම් ඒකටම සෝයා සෝස් දාගන්න පුලුවන්..මම ටිකක් දැම්මා🙈
🔹ඒ ඔක්කොම හොඳට කලවම් කරගෙන කොත්තු රොටී කෑලි ටික අපි හදාගත්ත මිශ්‍රණයට දාගෙන කලවම් කරගන්නවා.
🔹කොත්තු රොටී කෑලි දාලා ඒකටම මම චිකන් හොදි ටිකක් දාලා කලවම් කරනවා.
🔹අන්තිමටම ලිප නිවලා,කොත්තු ටික උඩින් පොඩියට කපාගත්ත ලීක්ස් දාලා කලවම් කරලා ටිකක් වහලා තියෙනවා 😌

Today I thought of making kottu. I wanted to eat kottu at night, so I made it at home.

🔹Put a pot on the stove and put some oil in it and when it gets hot, add some chopped ginger and white onion.
🔹Next, add onion, rampe, curry powder, raw chilies and mix well.
🔹Cut a few pieces of chicken and put them in small pieces.
🔹 Add the chopped carrot pieces to it and stir.
🔹 While stirring the carrots, break two eggs (I broke the eggs in a separate bowl because I don't know if they are spoiled).
🔹 While mixing it well with eggs, add salt powder, pepper powder and chili pieces according to taste and mix it well. If you like, you can add soy sauce to it.
🔹 Mix it all well and add the pieces of kottu roti to the mixture we have prepared and mix it.
🔹I put pieces of kottu roti and mix it with some chicken gravy.
🔹Finally turn off the stove, add chopped leeks on top of the scallions and stir it to cover it a bit 😌
🔴 Kottu is ready😋❤️
