INGREDIENTS 🔻: (20-22 cm mould)
• 250 g of Lotus biscuits
• 100 g of butter
• 40 g of milk
For the cream:
• 400 ml of milk
• 1 egg yolk
• 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
• 40 g of sugar
• 4 tablespoons corn starch (50 g)
• 200 ml of already sweetened whipping cream

• 2 apples
• butter
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
Place the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours
