This is an example of the C5 Corvette zip tie and flip modification, as allowed in Spec Corvette.

In this modification, we remove the restrictive stock air box cover, zip tie the air filter in place, rotate the filter 180 degrees, and cut a hole in the radiator shroud to create a cold air intake.
