This video is about chirashi posters! Chirashi posters are small movie posters given out in theaters in Japan, and I collect them! All my posters are from Japan, and most are from the original year they came out in--and some of these are even from the 1970s! So they're really vintage and old!!

This was supposed to be a more casual video...but took a bit longer to edit than I expected LOL. Hopefully y'all like this vlog! Thanks for watching!

I was initially gonna do a more in-depth video, and actually recorded three hours of footage of me talking about each poster...but the video ended up being way too long. And I felt I could give the commentary more justice when I eventually make video essays on a lot of these movies at some point.

And so I was actually almost about to scrap this video entirely...when I thought maybe I could instead show the posters in like a cool montage sequence that could be entertaining to watch! And so that ended up making editing take really long...but I think the end result is pretty cool!
