The KX-690 is a Yamaha cassette deck from the decline of the cassette tape. It is not a high-end machine, but it is actually quite an honor deck. The excellent auto-tuning function allows even normal tapes to produce characteristics comparable to those of metal tapes. Moreover, it is a clever unit that can also be adjusted manually to overcome the weaknesses of the auto-tuning function.
