Banana muffins with walnuts

3 ripe large organic banana or 4 medium or 5 if small
1/3 cup of organic unsalted melted butter
2 organic beated eggs
1 Tsp of baking powder
1 Tsp of baking soda
1 Tsp of vanilla powder
1/4 Tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup of organic unbleached all purpose flour
1 cup of walnuts or as much as you like

Preheat oven for 350F and bake for 25 mins for 12 cups of 3" silicone muffins pan.

This is our daily breakfast with banana smoothie with unsweetened organic almond milk.

I haven't upload any video for so long and everything changed since then. I had to hold my phone camera one hand at same time I was doing all of this baking most of the time. Sorry if video doesn't come out good.
