Air fried sweet potato cubes are an easy-to-make side dish. All you’ll have to do is cube, season, and air fry for 10 minutes, and you’re done!

►INGREDIENTS:
1 large sweet potato, or two medium ones
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

►DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
2. Peel and slice the sweet potato into ½ inch cubes, you should have 2-2 ½ cups sweet potato cubes.
3. Place sweet potato cubes into a large mixing bowl, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle seasonings, then toss to combine.
4. Add the seasoned sweet potato to the air fryer, then cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5. Sprinkle parsley and serve warm.
