When leaving the narcissist (one thing nobody tells you).
I share my story, and I explain one thing that helped me transform quickly after narcissistic abuse. If you have decided to leave the narcissist, then this video will help you especially if you have discarded the narcissist first. It's essential to view if you are going to survive narcissism and work towards thriving after abuse. This is my story. I transformed and I am thriving.

When you've made that decision to leave, or you have been discarded. Life gets tough. The narcissist will throw everything at you. So how can you weather that storm? In this week's video, I share what got me through. I got my transformation within 6 months of leaving the narcissist, despite the fallout. You can too.

I got divorced when I was 50. It was the beginning of my new life. I literally had to start over after my divorce. I can tell you for sure that your life can now begin to flourish after divorcing the narcissist. It's possible to not only survive after divorce but to Thrive. I help my clients do exactly that and they can even date how they want, create an incredible love life, no matter what they have been through. For me, life began again after my divorce and it can for you too!
