Previously, I've shared a series of videos on the new GCash investment fund that promises high dividend returns: the BPI ALFM Global Multi-Asset Income Fund. I've got into lengthy updates about this dividend paying fund and how it yields a projected 4-5% monthly dividends based on annualized value. But recently, I came across similar funds that can has the potential to perform even better than the BPI-ALFM MULTI-ASSET INCOME FUND! I've found not one but two multi-asset income funds that pay out regular dividends brought to us by the ATR Asset Management Corp. or ATRAM --- the same ATRAM that brought us the first five investment funds when GCash launched GInvest in 2019. Unfortunately, these funds are not available via GCash and are exclusively available via ATRAM's technology platform, Seedbox Philippines.

For a step-by-step video on how to invest in these ATRAM funds, check out this video:

The first of these funds is the ATRAM Asian Multi-Asset Income Feeder Fund. This fund has as its target fund the Schroder Multi-Asset Income Fund which invests 51% in Equities Income Securities and 39% in Fixed Income Securities .

The second fund is the ATRAM Global Dividend Feeder Fund. This fund has as its target fund the Global Dividend Fund from Fidelity Fund which invests 95% of its portfolio in global equities and are poised for higher dividends. To name a few of the equities that it invests in, there's Unilever, Roche, Sanofi, and Novartis.

These are in contrast to the previously discussed BPI ALFM Global Multi-Asset Income Fund, which was launched in the Philippines in January 2021 initially via BPI and later on in December 2021, the fund launched with GCash GInvest. While new, this fund's target fund is actually the BlackRock Global Multi-Asset Income Fund. This fund was launched by the prestigious BlackRock financial group in 2012. Based on this, the fund has cumulative returns of over 50% (at the time that the video was shot). As the target fund, BPI-ALFM allocates over 90% of the capital they are managing for the fund into this BlackRock Global Multi-Asset Income Fund.

Similar to Philippine REITs, this funds are projected to provide high dividend yields of 3 to 5% on top of the price appreciation of the fund. Investors are also subject to promising returns as they get dividends every month in the form of additional shares in the said fund. That's right, this is how to get more dividends every month versus your other investments. Unlike REITs that are focused on a number of buildings, at best spread across different cities and developments in the Philippines, these Multi-Asset Income Fund are exactly that: a way to diversify your investment and benefit from the economic conditions from the rest of the world as it's investing in global markets.

A great benefit of this fund is that even though it's invested in the global markets, you can invest in it without having to change your pesos into dollars and avoid the hassle. The minimum investment starts at P1,000 and can be topped off in increments of P1,000. As a managed fund, there is a 1.24% fee per annum common to UITFs and Mutual Funds. This is the only downside in investing in this fund versus REITs whereas fees associated with REITs are only the broker fees. The upside is however being invested on a global scale!
