Being able to sight read basic rhythms between the bass and snare drum is one of the most essential skills for any reading drummer. If you're doing reading gigs you'll often have to read these sorts of patterns no matter the genre.
This video features 5 levels for beginners. Even if you're a more experienced player, it may still provide a challenge if you sight read it. Remember you can change the playback speed for more or less difficulty.
