Eric Sloane (Dennis Alexio), a professional American kickboxer, is supported by his brother Kurt (Jean-Claude Van Damme) in his pursuit of glory. However, their journey takes a dark turn when they travel to Thailand to face the legendary Tong Po (Michel Qissi). Tong Po brutally defeats Eric, leaving him paralyzed. Determined to seek revenge, Kurt seeks out master Xian Chow (Dennis Chan) to train in kickboxing. Along the way, he becomes entangled in criminal activities orchestrated by the ruthless crime boss Freddy Li (Ka Ting Lee).
