I wanted to find a cost effective 240mm AIO to replace my 280mm AIO in my Lian-li o11 AIR mini case as my RTX 4090 wasn’t able to get properly installed due to area constraints. So I picked up this Thermalright Frozen Magic 240 Scenic V2 from amazon for just $83 CAD (~65USD). It was one of the cheapest AIOs I found on Amazon that looked decent but it didn’t have any reviews I could find for this particular model. Now Thermalright are well known in the CPU cooler market for producing excellent heatsinks at great prices. The Frozen Magic 240 Scenic V2 continues that trend and delivered great cooling capabilities keeping up with a much more expensive 280mm AIO.
