At 7 a.m., we received a call for help from a worker who discovered a family consisting of a mother dog and 3 puppies in a house under construction. We immediately prepared the necessary things and made our way there. It was a small apartment complex, she and her 3 children were on the 6th floor. When we arrived, we found her curled up in the corner of the house holding her three children. Her body was skinny, her long fur covered in dust and cement. The 3 puppies were born about a week ago and are still very small. The weather is very cold right now, the 3 puppies are trying to crawl into their mother's body to avoid the cold. She was trembling, trying to use her small body to protect her three children...
