I guess we're about to get our second Geo Archon, no kidding. The leaks are actually incredible in a very good way. Every week, Xilonen keeps receiving buffs after buffs. Even her signature weapon was buffed recently.

In this video, we’ll discuss all the buffs Xilonen has received and the changes from version 0 beta test to version 4 beta test.

But before that, let's talk about the return of the Chronicled Wish Banner. As we mentioned in many previous videos, we are going to get a Liyue-focused Chronicled Banner.

Recently, Flying Flame confirmed that in version 5.3, we’re getting that banner. Version 5.3 will be Genshin’s Lantern Rite patch, so it perfectly aligns with this banner. We have some probable candidates that meet the requirements to be in the Chronicled Banner, but characters like Yelan, Tartaglia, Hu Tao, and Shenhe might not appear unless Hoyoverse changes its previous rules. Since Yelan recently had her rerun, and Hu Tao might get hers in 5.1, it would be too soon for another rerun. According to the rules, characters must have been featured in three banners, and their rerun shouldn’t be recent. This could mean we might see Zhongli in the 5.3 Chronicled Wish Banner, which is likely why he didn’t get his rerun in 5.0. However, since 5.3 is the last version of the Natlan Archon quest, I believe we’re also getting the Mavuika's banner in that patch. It will be interesting to see if Hoyoverse puts both Archons in the same patch.

If we follow the rules of the Mondstadt Chronicled Banner, it’s unlikely that Shenhe or Tartaglia will feature. Shenhe hasn’t appeared in three banners yet, and since it’s a Liyue-focused banner, Tartaglia, being from Snezhnaya, won’t be included either. That leaves Ganyu and Xiao as likely candidates, along with Qiqi and Keqing. However, Hoyoverse might change the banner rules, and we could see Shenhe, Zhongli, and possibly Tartaglia as well. If not, they might get their reruns in that patch. Either way, we’ll have to wait a bit longer for more information, so take this as my speculation based on leaks and patterns.

Now, let's get back to our "Leopard DJ Mama," Xilonen. I’m not joking—every leak about her has been insane. Whether it’s her kit, her animations, or her bootyful design, everything has been incredible. Recently, both her signature weapon and animations saw improvements. When I said "second Geo Archon," I wasn’t kidding. Her constellation 2 has received massive buffs, putting her on par with, or at least in the league of, the best buffer, Furina.

We already covered her kit in detail in a previous video, so I'll focus on the changes. Starting with her C2: She now buffs Pyro characters' attack from 40% to 45%. Previously, she gave Hydro characters a 40% HP bonus, which has now increased to 45%. Geo characters received a significant boost, with their damage bonus increasing from 40% to 50% Geo damage—this is especially great for Itto and Navia. Cryo characters now get a massive 60% critical damage bonus, up from 50%. For Electro characters, she reduces the elemental burst cooldown to 6 seconds from 5 seconds and provides 25% energy recharge, an increase of 5% from before.

At C6, Every 1.5s, heals HP equal to 120% of Xilonen's Defence for all nearby party members. , so her constellations, especially C2, are looking incredible. That’s an Archon-level C2. To summarize briefly: If Hoyoverse doesn’t change anything in her kit, she’s hands down going to power creep every buffer out there. Even at C0, she grants interruption resistance, so it’s not like she isn’t good at that level either. I think my Mavuika fund is in danger because she seems like a must-pull, at least for me. Even her signature weapon got improved—it can now buff the entire team, not just her. This makes it really tough for F2P players like me to skip her before Mavuika, especially since we don’t even know Mavuika’s kit yet. I hope you all have enough primogems!
