Africa is receiving a rare scare from a strengthening tropical cyclone today, With cyclone Ialy offshore from Tanzania and Kenya. India is also in for a potentially major tropical cyclone impact next week with a developing storm forecast to enhance a humanitarian crisis in the form of a super heatwave there. We also take a brief look at the West Pacific typhoon.
