Stormfront is the leader of Payback, and is widely considered to be the second most powerful superhero in the world… behind Homelander. Stormfront is an obvious Homage to Thor, expect wretched in every single way… however in terms of who he is supposed to remind you of… its the god of Thunder. He is, without a doubt, one of the worst superheroes in the entire book series.
