This video is a walk through of a thermal imaging scan on a newly built home in Cary, NC. The new home was "completed" but the home inspector found significant defects including missing insulation in half of the ceilings and two water leaks. These concerns would not have been found for the home buyer if they didn't have a thermal imaging scan added to their pre purchase inspection. Similar conditions are found often on new home inspections in North Carolina.
