In this video I will show you how to simply sew a decorative patchwork pillowcase 45x45cm from squares.
To prepare squares from triangles, semi-squares, you will need 10x10 cm squares: white - 5 pcs., dark - 4 pcs., blue - 7 pcs. After stitching and cutting, align the resulting squares to a size of 6x6 cm.
Next, you will need 6x6 cm squares: dark - 12 pcs, light - 20 pcs.
The size of the stitched blocks turned out to be 37.5x37.5 cm.
Side inserts are needed so that the main pattern is not hidden by the volume of the pillow and to adjust the final size of the pillowcase. Everyone can have their own sizes.
