Vegetables as noted or vegetable of choice - Broccoli, mushroom, Bell peppers, & green beans. shrimp π€, red meat, oxtail, fish, or any of choice. Canola oil, chopped onion, salt, and seasoning cubes to taste.. Follow instructions as shown - yummy π. prep time 50 min to an hour. Thank you
