One day, walking around my neighborhood, I saw a hotpot place. Many people were lining up, I was curious and I went there to reserve a table. They told me to wait four hours, I was shocked. That day, I didn't go there because it was already 1am.

The next day, I went there again at 5pm and I reserved a table but still, they told me to wait four hours again. I went there around 10 pm but we still had to wait for half an hour. Finally, we got in and the food and service were amazing.
When it comes to hotpot restaurants, Haidilao (海底撈) is famous in many countries but if you want to try the local flavor hotpot, you can try Wuliguan hot pot (五里关火锅).
