Since my birthday is tomorrow, I figured I'd show a machine room tour of this AMAZING vintage old Otis elevator with so many details that are so colorful to see! I love everything about this elevator! The gearless traction drive motor, flyball governor along with a regular one, pie-plate selector, and the relays. I wish I could've gotten a much more detailed view of the flyball governor, but I've gotten an awesome detailed view of both the relays and the pie selector. PLEASE REMEMBER: DON'T EVER GAIN ACCESS INTO A MACHINE ROOM UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND/OR ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED PERSONNEL! EVEN WITH AN ESCORT, DO NOT GET TOO CLOSE OR TOUCH ANY MOVING PARTS AS THEY ARE HIGH VOLTAGE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT THAT COULD CAUSE AN ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!
