Stretching just outside of Baltimore, MD all the way to York, PA, the Northern Central Railroad (NCR Trail) is the combination of Maryland's Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail and Pennsylvania's Heritage Rail Trail County Park. This mainly crushed stone with occasional asphalt trail is nearly 47 miles of beautiful scenery containing intriguing remnants from the Northern Central Railroad scattered along the way.
