I found this gorgeous antique oak sideboard on Facebook marketplace for free! I did have to drive an hour there and back to the beaches of Downtown Toronto to pick it up, but I think it was absolutely worth it. This piece took a lot of work, but I'm super happy with the result! I think the hardware is the coolest part of this piece. I would love to know if anyone has any more insight into them.
