in Sarasota, Florida, the police department said a crime was not committed after a black teen was harassed in his neighborhood by Stephen Carega, a white man.

The video circling on the internet recorded by the teen shows Carega stopping, getting out of his car and questioning the young black teen if he belongs in the neighborhood.

It looked like he retrieved a weapon at one point, but another man stopped him.
