Now we are going to see many folders and we press double click in the first folder (the one that has the number of the version of google chrome)

find the file called googlechrome.dll and Delete

Now.....

Go windows search

Write cmd

Click right -- command prompt

execute as an administrator

Write netsh winsock reset and enter

Finally restart the computer
