I do feel like 200 stratagems is possible but I would have to just be using it the moment it comes off of cooldown and I feel that in most cases there wouldn't be anything to use it for so it would be a waste of a stratagem. I would like it if at least I threw it with some benefit and not for the sake of hitting 200 stratagems used.
