INGREDIENT:
GRAMS MEASUREMENT (more accurate)
- 2 egg yolks (g)
- 30 ml of liquid milk
- 30 grams of finely blended granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites (g)
- 33 grams of low protein flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste (optional)
*Egg weight @ 57-58 grams (Egg white @ 40 grams)

MEASUREMENTS OF SPOON
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp home made / 2 tbsp measuring spoon [liquid milk]
- 2.5 tbsp home made / 2 tbsp measuring spoon [sugar]
- 2 egg whites
- 3.5 tbsp homemade / 3 tbsp measuring spoon [low protein wheat flour]
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

Notes:
- If the eggs are not fresh, you can add 1/2 tsp of lime/lemon juice or cream of tartar in the beaten egg whites when they start to foam when in the mixer.
- Grease the pan using a little cooking oil lightly before heating.
- Make sure the pan is hot before we put the dough.
- If the sides are not cooked evenly, if you hold it still wet and sticky, it will be prone to shrinking and flattening. So if you want it to be sturdy and durable, make sure it's cooked evenly. fire control needs attention.
- Once removed, immediately remove it from the paper. If you leave it on the paper for a long time, it will shrink.
- Serve while warm for best results.
