In this video, we continue the construction of our 35-foot by 12-foot metal-roofed shed. This shed is going to be situated between our two shipping containers and the main purpose of it is to harvest rainwater. With one inch of rain, we expect to collect over 260 gallons of rainwater, which is incredibly valuable for our fruit trees and future garden. Based on rainfall totals from 2021, we expect to collect over 10,000 gallons of rainwater annually.
