The debut album from the Viking project MEGIN tells the story of the Skjaldborg Sagas through traditional music with a modern twist. Paving an emotional pathway through life and death, discovery, conflict, loss and celebration, Fjords on Fire is the soundtrack to the first book release from the Skjaldborg Sagas.

The tracks are inspired by historical Norse literature and mythology, with lyrics in Olde Norse, some taken directly from the Poetic Edda.

Fjords on Fire is performed and written by Polish elven folk duo STFUR with music and artistic direction by Bjørn Bonde.
