Holach Jessica here. I took an old retired Issue Force uniform and Upcycled it into a costume for my 5 year old daughter's photo shoot.

I had to shrink the hat and make room for her hair to fit.

I bought some sending hand boots to complete the costume.

I used the collar and sew on the waist band. resized the pockets made it short sleeves with the wrist band on the end of the sleeve and added a cute ruffle sleeve with tulle and fabric to make it girly looking. the tulle train is detachable with hook and eyes.
