20 februari 2014 wordt Willem van Hanegem (bijnaam: De Kromme) 70 jaar oud. Van Hanegem is samen met Coen Moulijn een van de clubiconen van Feyenoord Rotterdam. Als speler won hij met Feyenoord de Europa Cup 1 (Champions League), de UEFA Cup, de Wereldbeker, de KNVB beker en werd hij twee keer kampioen van Nederland. Als trainer van Feyenoord won hij twee keer de KNVB beker en werd een keer kampioen van Nederland.

Een groot clubicoon, en natuurlijk een van de beste middenvelders aller tijden.

On February 20, 2014 Willem van Hanegem (bijnaam: De Kromme, nickname: The Curve) will celebrate his 70th birthday. Willem van Hanegem is together with Coen Moulijn one of the club icons of Feyenoord Rotterdam. As a player he won with Feyenoord the Europa Cup 1 (Champions League), the UEFA Cup, the Intercontinental Cup, the KNVB Cup and he was twice Champion of the Netherlands. As coach of Feyenoord he won twice the KNVB Cup and was one time Champion of the Netherlands.

A great club icon, and of course one of the best midfielders of all time.
