If you seen the first Demaree video and get the gist of it then I wouldn't waste alot of time on this one. But this one explains the key factors more clearly and multiple times for emphasis. Also at the end of the video is an explanation of how the queen and nurse bees are being manipulated into thinking they just swarmed.
I present to you, the Demaree. There are other videos on this but there needs to be more. Because it works as the original perfector intended it.
1. Artificial Swarm
2. Prevents Swarm
3. Hive Maintains Honey Production.
4. Hive Maintains Brood Production.
5. Hive Goes Into Comb Building Production(if you will that)

Must make certain these key points.
1. New brood chamber has the Queen. And no queen cells.
2. New brood chamber has 1 frame brood. The rest of frames can be empty or drawn comb.
3. Queen excluder over new brood chamber.
4. 2 shallow supers of over excluder.(can interchange 1 deep for the 2 shallows)
5. Old brood chamber on top.
6. Cut out All queen cells and cups.
7. Have no other entrances near the top of hive. Block off any holes the bees may use as an entrance.
