This is part of my take on the menopause narrative because someone's got to say it....

I am thrilled that women are now open about their experiences, but it's gone from never speaking of it to only speaking of it in ALL negative terms, and that is just as damaging.

It is the most natural transition for all women, and midlife men are transitioning too.

It's not one story fits all and nor does HRT. It is not healthy or helpful to suggest it is, and monetising it over the last few years is criminal.

I did not intend to start my you tube channel speaking of this, but this week I heard one too many things on this topic and I've actually had enough.

Self-enquiry is where it is at, and changes to one's lifestyle are key.
