12 oz. Caramel Malt 60L
5.6 oz. Carapils
1 lbs Dark Brown Sugar
1.5 oz Fuggle @ 60 min.
.56 oz Fuggle @ 15 min.
Whirlfloc Tablet @ 15 min.
Yeast Nutrients @ 15 min.
London Ale Yeast (Wyeast Labs #1028)

Water Treatment: Calcium 82 ppm
Magnesium 10 ppm
Sodium 17.8 ppm
Sulfate 68.6 ppm
Chloride 37.4 ppm
Bicarbonate 197.8 ppm

Mash - 154 F for 80 min. Mash Out at 168 F
Boil - 90 Min.

8.6% ABV and IBU's 55.
