I went to Taj Vivanta Bekal on 21st September 2019.

I booked to and fro train tickets from Bangalore to Kasargod railway station.

I checked in room on Saturday.

I book the hotel using customer care through phone and gave credit card details.

While booking I told them that it is a birthday celebration so please decorate the room and arrange for a cake and it was complementary

The total cost of the room was 11000 INR without breakfast. The actual cost was 12000 INR for non members and 11000 INR for members.

I am a user of magicpin so I got 10000 worth Taj experience gift card at 5000 INR.

From Kasargod railway station I took a prepaid auto to Taj Vivanta Bekal the total kilometres are 15 and they charged me 250 INR

I checked out on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. after checking out I went to Bekal Fort. I went to Bekal Fort using auto and the auto guy charged me 120 INR for 5 kilometre

From Bekal Fort I went to to Vasant Vihar Hotel it is pure vegetarian North and South Indian food are very bad but the chat items were good

Then from Vasant Vihar Hotel I went to Kasaragod railway station auto guy charged me 300 rupees

Important things to note

1. Make sure you tell customer care it is a birthday celebration so that you get a free cake.

2. You get complementary one photo at the activity room

3. Sauna and steam bath are free so make use of it

4. Bicycle ride is free so make use of it

5. Take Taj membership it is free and you get 1000 rupees discount in room cost
