Milk cake is a tasty dessert made with milk and sugar. This milk sweet is so simple to make and tastes too good. Its better to use full fat milk for this indian dessert recipe. Milk is boiled and then curdled by adding vinegar/lemon juice. Curdled milk is simmered by adding sugar. After it gets combined together, it is then leveled and shaped. This will be a perfect sweet recipe to try if you have some milk at home.
Ingredients :
1.Milk - 1.5 litres
2.Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
3.Sugar - 150 grams
4.Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
