So, this is a recap of how I added a loft to my small 8x10' shed. I bought $51 worth of 2x4' and a 4x8' plywood panel from Home Depot. Don't have a circular saw or miter or whatever those things are, so I asked the good folks at Home Depot to cut my 2x4's to length I needed. And also cut up the plywood so I could fit that in my car. I made all the measurements (like there a lot to make... :)...) before I went to Home Depot, so it was easy enough for them to make the cuts for me.

So basically for anyone out there that knows zip like me, just know that it took me an hour to leisurely put this together and it cost me about 80 bucks all told. I used my 8 year old cordless drill and a screwdriver when that piece of *%$# ran out of juice (can't go an hour - oh well).

If by chance you're reading this and would like to offer some insights, please do... Just ask that you be gentle cuz I know squat. Just hoping this loft doesn't collapse on my sorry butt...
