BOS and CHOCH are two of the most commonly used terms to describe standard market structure trading.

At FTR we trade slightly differently from ICT/SMC; from gathering several years' of market data to adjust the rules of standard BoS and ChoCh.

This being just one of the confluences that we use to trade, but an extremely important aspect as it helps give confidence behind market direction.
