This is one of my favourite manga curry recipe prepared during wedding previous day functions in angamaly.... It's also called manga paalcurry or manga mappas....

INGREDIENTS

Mangoes 1or 2
onion 1
shallots 10...15
green chillies 3
ginger medium size
curryleaves
coconut milk1 coconut
(Thin &Thick milk should be taken )
salt
vinegar 1..2tsp

Masala powders
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp
coriander powder 1...2tsp
garam masala 1/4tsp
coconut oil 2tsp
red chillies 3
shallots 5
curryleaves
