A few weeks ago I attended a School Prize Giving event for one of my boys.

The guest speaker was Jamie McBrearty - introduced as a Growth Mindset coach (sorry forgot to tell you his name in my video) look him up on YT    / @jamiemcbrearty  )

For those that don't know what Growth Mindset is, in it's simplest form it goes like this:

Some people have a fixed mindset of "I've got something wrong, I'm never going to be able to succeed. Therefore I'll just stay as I am."

Others have a growth mindset of "I haven't quite got this right, but I know if I keep at it, I'll get there."

So Jamie is a Growth Mindset Coach.

And right at the end of his speech, Jamie asked everyone an amazing question that twisted my melon right round for a few hours afterwards.
