Our kitchen has signed up to be part of the initiative KØKKENTJANSEN (the kitchen duty) which is all about being even better at teaching our student valuable kitchen skills. 🤗

Our lovely ladies in the kitchen has participated in different workshops. Now they are ready and excited to use their new skills and tools together with the students. 😄

A part of the initiative is LOOP where the students who have kitchen duty will learn how to make different delicious things. Last week it was sauce - and not just any sauce. The most popular sauce in Denmark: "Brun sovs". 😋
