I built some great shelves for my off grid shipping container storage workshop. I decided to build another set. I will show you how to build shelves the way I did. These sturdy shelves are simple and easy to build. The only building material you need is wood. In this video, I will be gathering the material to build the shelves.  This will be part one of a two or three part series. 

These are heavy duty shelves made from 2x material cut from Douglas fir on my Woodmizer LT15 sawmill. I cut down the trees on my forest land. I logged the trees with my Massey Ferguson tractor with a Farmi winch, and milled the lumber myself. I will show you how you can do it with store bought lumber too.

These shelves would be great for a garage, shed, workshop, or even in a home, where rustic shelves would fit in.
