In this video, I talk about the internal shift I am feeling. There is this intense need to change for the better, especially revolving my eating habits. Together we clean my fridge, as I struggle to let go of what no longer serves me. This video is a great example of how tough it is to change, as well as how shifting in moderation can be beneficial.
