This is a bench grinder made and sold in the 1950s by a company named Speed Way. It's been abused, neglected, over-used and under-used. It's noisy, it has play in the shaft, it's unbalanced, the power-cord is fried and it's filthy.
We're going to clean it up and get it looking and working better than new.

We've been restoring antique tools for many years and lately there's been a push for more videos on YouTube as more and more people get in on the growing action.

Every tool has hundreds of stories. They have war-scars and they helped men and women through endless tasks they could not have done without them. We can not go back in time and rebuild these tools - our only hope is to restore them and give them the attention and credit they deserve.
